Biography
Marj Hahne is a freelance editor and writing teacher, and a 2015 MFA graduate from the Rainier Writing Workshop, with a concentration in poetry. She has performed and taught at 150+ venues around the country—literary and arts centers, festivals, conferences, bookstores, museums, and cafés—as well as been featured on public radio and television programs. Her poems have appeared in literary journals, anthologies, art exhibits, and dance performances; and, in 2011, her poem “The Way Back” won 1st place in the 6th Annual Writer’s Digest Poetry Awards. Since 2009, she has designed and hosted multiple hybrid-arts community events along the Front Range; and she continues to teach webinars and in-person workshops for adults.
