Biography
Brice Maiurro is the author of The Heart is an Undertaker Bee (Middle Creek 2023). He is a nominee for the Pushcart and Best of the Net. His poems have been featured in the Denver Post, Boulder Weekly, Twenty Bellows, Beyond The Veil, Tilt West, and Denver Orbit, among others. In 2020, his partner and him decided to go outside and howl, which turned into a nationwide nightly event with thousands of people in all fifty states doing the same each night at 8 pm. He is a student of psychology at MSU Denver with a focus on ecopsychology. He is a member of the Order of Bards, Ovates, and Druids and his poetry is very influenced by his spiritual practice therein. You can find more about him at maiurro.co.
