Biography
April Tierney is a poet, activist, craftswoman, mother, and lover of stories. Her work follows threads of ecopoetics, myth, culture, and lineage and has been nominated for a Pushcart Prize. She guides nature-based writing classes for adults and kids as well as seasonal art making workshops. April lives along the foothills in Lyons with her family.
