Colorado Poets Center E-Words Issue #7
Inside issue #7:
This Issue
In Issue #6, Spring, E-Words began looking into how Colorado poets are working in combined media. We interviewed M. D. Friedman on digital poetry and Stephen Beal on combining language with the visual art of fiber. This issue contains an interview with Katherine West of Green Fuse Arts Alliance and her work in performance poetry with the group Vortex Drive and an interview with Suzanne Bronson of Aspen who enjoys working in combined media. We also continue finding out about local “groups” of writers, this time the Shavano Poets, and publishing accounts of
readings, this time at the Southern Colorado Poetry Series.
In fall, Issue #8 will contain, among other items, an interview with Jake Adam York, whose A Murmuration of Starlings recently won the Colorado Book Award in poetry, as well as with Rosemerry Watola Trommer, whose Holding Three Things at Once was a finalist for the award.
